Every record belongs to one company and the database itself refuses to show it to anyone else.
Access by role
Owners, estimators and reps see what their role needs. Lefthand staff need a second factor and have no access to your company's data through the product.
Every decision recorded
Approvals, price changes and settings are kept in an audit log with who, when and why.
Prices by code, not by AI
A pricing engine calculates every amount from your rules. AI never sets or changes a price, and your clients' data is never used to train AI.
No secrets in sight
Keys live in a vault, reached by the app's own identity. Connections are encrypted, and photos lose their location data once read.
Who else touches your data
A few providers receive only what they need: Microsoft (hosting, sign-in, email), our licensed aerial imagery provider (a property's location), and Stripe (billing). We keep a register of each one and exactly what it receives; ask us for it.
